Tom Joyner Wants You to Attend An HBCU On-Line

I  listen to The Tom Joyner Morning Show every morning and I know how dear Historically Black Colleges and Universities are to Mr. Joyner. I've heard him for months talk about getting HBCU's online. Recently I found out that there are more African Americans attending The University of Phoenix than all HBCU's combined. Who would have thought?
