Last March seven Houston Police Department officers were accused of excessive force against teen Chad Holly after he told he was beaten by police during an arrest. A nearby storage unit security's cameras caught the action of the arrrest and this video was known about in the Houston community, but was ordered by a federal judge that the footage NOT be submitted for public. This is a move for the prosecution uses in order to build a strong case against the four officers charged with crime. However, the film has surface and well, you know the rest. The saga continues and so does the struggle.
